Living A Sea Life was designed for making memories and having plenty of space to relax! A great house for large families or multi family getaways. We are a five bedroom/four bath home with a game room located 2 minutes by car/cart to beach. 4 bedrooms and Game room are downstairs. Upstairs is the perfect room for kids with multiple beds, their own TV and bathroom. Our space offers a total of 10 beds, 7 TVs, 2 refrigerators and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy listening to the waves crash from the back patio. Kids can have fun in our game room with Pop A Shot, Ping Pong and Roku TV while adults relax in our open living, kitchen and dining areas. Must be 25 years old to rent. *As we are located on the coast we encourage you to purchase travel insurance due to unpredictable weather. 4 cars is maximum we can accommodate

Other Details to Note

We are located in the golf cart zone just minutes to everything in a great, safe, neighborhood. 2 minutes to the left is the beach and 5 minutes to the right are the shops and restaurants. We are one minute from the Texan which is Port A's version of a Buccees offering you everything you might need. You are in the heart of everything Port A offers! We offer Parking for 4-5 max small cars or 4 trucks and offer an EV Charger for electronic vehicles. If you have more vehicles they will have to park at the City overflow lot. No street parking is allowed.

The house was a perfect location to where we were visiting. It was close to the beach which was really nice. It was spacious and clean. The pull- out couch in the game room did not work but the cots were helpful. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed (plates, glasses, coffee maker, etc). Good neighborhood.

Even better than expected! With the playroom, loft and a group of 12 (+ 4 for a nice dinner) we never felt cramped for room. Very well stocked with everything. Kitchen, toys for younger kids, toys for teenage kids. Checked all the boxes!

Erin's place was perfect for our group of people. We had visitors from Germany who wanted to go to the beach. They were very impressed with the accommodations here. Each couple/family had their own bedroom space. Our German relatives (young couples with children) were used to walking everywhere, so walking to the beach was not hard for them at all. Being a little older and not as fit, we preferred to drive and were at the beach in no time. We had everything we needed, and more. The kitchen is super well equipped, not only with dishes and cooking necessities, but also with coffee and various spices. Upon arrival, we found a cheesecake in the fridge - a very nice welcome gift. Some of the beach toys in the closet were put to good use, and the game room and children's toys provided fun entertainment for us. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood. We were very satisfied with this home away from home, and we had a wonderful time at Erin's place!

Had a great time, we went down with a group of 13 for my bachelor trip, and it slept everyone pretty comfortably. Erin was really responsive and kind, she even got us a blueberry cheesecake!

First and foremost, Erin was a great host. She was attentive and always in communication with us during and after our stay. As for the property, it was the perfect setting for our impromptu reunion with dear friends. Would definitely recommend Erin’s place to serve as your Port A vacation hub.

This is a wonderful place, especially for larger families. Erin was so great and even left us a delicious cheesecake in the fridge for our arrival. This is the second time we have used this house for a family vacation and would definitely rent it again

She was welcoming and even provided us with delicious pie! She instructed us very well that I knew what to do with every step of our stay. House was beautiful with lots of entertainment to do. We thoroughly enjoyed table tennis along with toys she had at house. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 days, had 15 people there. The stay was SO COMFORTABLE! The game room was PERFECT! When we showed up, she had a cheesecake as a welcoming gift and we thought that was SO GREAT!! She was very responsive and even let us get there an hour earlier. This place is within a few minutes of the beach and you can drive up on the beach. Restaurants and bars within 8 minutes of drive time. The PERFECT vacation spot for your big family!! Thank you so much Erin!!

This is a great place for a large group or family. The location is a two minute drive to the beach and less than a 15 minute walk. Place is clean, has all cooking ware and utensils, and even a pie left for us. Great stay will be back.

It was a great get away just a couple of things we could not get the tv to work at all and the fridge was acting up specially to make Ice it would make leak where the ice was coming out the trash bags weren’t enough for our trash the master bedroom didn’t have enough shampoo and conditioner didn’t bring any with me so I had to go to the store great experience overall
